Since its founding under the name Changnam International in 1995, CHANGNAM I.N.T. LIMITED
has shown some remarkable growth over the years to become the company it is today.

As of December 29th, 2017, Changnam has officially joined to become the family
member of TTI Inc. located in Fortworth, Texas, U.S.A.

TTI Inc. is the leading global distributor in interconnect, passive, and
electromechanical components with its own global network in America, Europe and
Asia.

After TTI Inc’s acquisition,
To cope with the market changes such as the Electrification and Digitalization,
Changnam enhanced its software capabilities and added its linecards.
Recently, we achieved successful revenue growth and developed many new
business sectors.

Through continuous innovation and investment for the future potential market,
We will realize our goal of "sustainable growth through innovation," and we will keep
our leadership position in the semiconductor distribution industry.
